Straightening out numerous& complicated train of thoughts and pondering the details with students quietly, I was presented with a great many moments, including delight from success, dismay with failure as well as sad feelings from departure.

‘Teacher, upon the time of graduation, we know that you are upset recently. Yet I shall often give you phone calls.’ I was overwhelmed with happiness because of students’ innocent smiles, familiar faces& heartfelt blessings.

When I took over my students back in their 11th grade, things were not so smooth. Some of my kids were at their lows in learning without a favorable habit or method. What’s even worse was that some students had not adapted themselves in senior high studies. Therefore, I felt unprecedented pressure. However, once again I gained confidence and support from school leaders’ encouragement& colleagues’ coordination, which were requirements in success. Our students were fortunate enough to have them!

Our team helped students by education and persuasion, which were characterized by solicitous expectation, inculcation, rigorous demands in addition to constant introspection. Eventually we greeted innumerable great results in 2016 College Entrance Examination, which brought us tons of pleasant surprise.

Overall, if given another chance, I would care more about my students by letting them learn and live joyfully to spend each day more merrily. I believe love stands for everything.
